Someone asked me why I follow so many women. Sure the first list I put up yesterday was loaded down with good women, but hey, have to tell you that I am not sexist. I will not just follow men, but will follow anyone that I like. Be it male or female (even some dumb animal, though we all know a human does the tweeting), make twitter interesting for me and I will follow you.

Again, make twitter just a place for you to push follower schemes, forex schemes and so forth….I aint following you. And if perchance I am, I will unfollow you in a heartbeat.

I have a ton of followers on twitter, and I only follow those people that are interesting to me, that amuse me, that talk to me, and those people that actually have something to say that I listen to.

No, I do not follow politics, religion or porn. Same with those who only tweet out follower schemes (if this is you, why? you have little to no credibility with most twitters), mlm schemes (mlm is shortspeak for most lose money, keep that in mind when you see a mlm scheme tweeted) and assorted scam plans.

Myself, I see no need for services like this, but then I am one who sees no great benefit in having backups of my tweets. I am sure there are quite a few of you who would love a service like this. So here are five (5) sites that will backup your tweets.

A.  BackupMyTweets : A free service that lets you backup your tweets in a single click. Just login with your Twitter account and this site will do rest of the work.

B.  LifeStreamBackup : An online backup service that will not only backup your Tweets but also support backup of Photobucket, Google docs, Delicious and Wordpress.

C.  TweetAke : Tweetake is here to allow you to back-up your followers, people you are following and Tweets with just one click.

D. TweetScan : It takes backup of your last 1000 messages from Twitter and combine with results from their historical database. Tweet Scan can also retain your tweets to improve later backups.

E. TweetBackup : Allows you to take backup of your tweets and save it as HTML or in simple txt file.
